1. Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to anyone using ash-tra.com, submitting a form, booking a consultation, requesting a quote, or working with ASH-TRA on a project.

2. What ASH-TRA provides

ASH-TRA provides digital services that may include strategy, discovery, messaging, website design, website builds, website redesigns, website rebuilds, SEO foundations, analytics setup, CRM setup, landing pages, multilingual setups, support, and related digital consulting.

3. Consultations

Paid consultations are booked in advance. Consultation fees cover review time, preparation, and the consultation session itself. Unless clearly agreed otherwise in writing, consultation fees are separate from future project fees.

If a consultation has already taken place, the fee is considered earned.

4. Discovery questionnaire and approximate offers

If you choose the questionnaire route instead of a paid consultation, ASH-TRA may provide an approximate offer based on the information submitted. These estimates are indicative only and are not final quotes.

Final pricing may change once the project scope, content, integrations, timeline, and technical requirements are reviewed more closely.

5. Scope of work

Every project depends on scope. Scope may include page count, level of custom work, messaging needs, integrations, technical requirements, languages, content support, revisions, timing, and support after launch.

If the project scope changes, pricing and timelines may change as well.

6. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, approvals, and any materials they own or have permission to use, including logos, text, images, videos, and account access where relevant.

Delays in feedback, approvals, or required materials may affect timing.

7. Third-party services

ASH-TRA projects may involve third-party tools and platforms, including hosting, analytics, booking tools, payment tools, CRMs, email systems, or plugins. Those services are controlled by their own providers and remain subject to their own terms, pricing, and policies.

ASH-TRA is not responsible for outages, policy changes, restrictions, or pricing changes applied by third-party providers.

8. Results and performance

ASH-TRA works to improve presentation, trust, visibility, clarity, and usability. However, no service can guarantee rankings, traffic, conversions, platform approval, lead volume, or specific commercial outcomes.

9. Payments

Project work usually starts after terms have been agreed and any required upfront payment has been received.

Where staged payments apply, the next stage of work may depend on the previous payment being completed.

10. Revisions

Projects include a reasonable revision process based on the agreed scope. Major changes in direction, extra pages, or work outside the agreed scope may require an updated quote or timeline.

11. Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final approved deliverables transfer to the client once all agreed fees have been paid in full.

ASH-TRA may reference completed work in its portfolio or marketing unless confidentiality or non-disclosure has been agreed separately.

12. Liability

ASH-TRA aims to deliver high-quality work, but is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost revenue, downtime, missed opportunities, or business interruption arising from project delays, third-party services, platform issues, or decisions outside its control.

13. Updates to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version published on ash-tra.com applies going forward.
